After three decades running PR and communications agencies, I trained as a business coach in 2021. This opened the door to something even more transformative for me personally. In 2023, I discovered therapeutic coaching and embarked on my formal certification with the internationally recognised Alex Howard Therapeutic Coaching.

For me, coaching is not just about goals; it’s about understanding who we are beneath the surface. My own journey has inspired me to help others unlock clarity, confidence and resilience, sharing tools that support long‑term, positive life changes. I have found it transformational in every area of life.

I understand the challenges and transitions life throws at all of us. My coaching space is non‑judgemental, accessible and safe — a place where you can pause, reflect, and make meaningful changes.

I bring a wealth of lived experience to my work. As female leader, a single parent to two amazing (almost grown up) children, I’m also a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, a lover of travel and culture, and I find joy in the simple ritual of walking my dog Tilly around my hometown of Bristol.
