8. How many sessions will I need?
Some clients see change in 1–3 sessions; others choose 6–10 for deeper transformation. Packages are available to suit different goals and budgets.
9. Do you offer online or in‑person sessions?
Yes — sessions are available online or in person in Bristol (by arrangement).

Yes. All sessions are private, confidential and GDPR‑compliant. Your information will never be shared with third parties. There are some exceptional circumstances where your information can be shared where your safety or the safety of others is a consideration. Everything will always be discussed with you in advance.
